CMMC Readiness

CMMC audit readiness, handled end to end.

The Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) is how the Department of Defense verifies that contractors and subcontractors are protecting Federal Contract Information (FCI) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). If your contracts touch either, certification is becoming a condition of doing business — not a nice-to-have.

Who Needs This

If your contracts touch FCI or CUI, this applies to you.

CMMC 2.0 applies to prime contractors and subcontractors across the Defense Industrial Base. Requirements flow down through the supply chain — so even smaller subcontractors that never deal with the DoD directly can be contractually required to meet a CMMC level.

Level 1 — Foundational

Basic safeguarding of Federal Contract Information (FCI), verified by annual self-assessment.

Level 2 — Advanced

Protection of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), aligned to NIST SP 800-171, typically requiring a third-party assessment.

Level 3 — Expert

The highest tier, for the highest-priority programs, adding controls from NIST SP 800-172 on top of Level 2.

Our Process

From gap assessment to assessment-ready, with nothing handed off along the way.

1. Scoping & Gap Assessment

Map your CUI/FCI boundary and current controls.

We identify where FCI and CUI live in your environment and assess your current state against the relevant NIST SP 800-171 controls.

2. Remediation

Implement the technical and administrative controls.

As your managed IT and security provider, we implement the fixes directly — not just recommend them.

3. Documentation

Build the SSP, POA&M, and supporting policies.

We produce the System Security Plan, Plan of Action & Milestones, and written policies an assessor will expect to see.

4. Readiness Review

A mock assessment before the real one.

We walk through your environment and documentation the way a C3PAO assessor would, closing remaining gaps before you schedule a formal assessment.

Ongoing Compliance

Compliance doesn't end at certification.

CMMC status has to be maintained — annual affirmations, POA&M closure deadlines, and controls that stay in place as your environment changes. Because we're also your managed IT provider, maintaining compliance is part of how we run your environment day to day, not a separate contract you have to renew with someone else.

Find out your CMMC readiness gap.

Tell us about your contracts and your current environment, and we'll tell you honestly how far you are from ready.
